I began my career as a U.S. Navy Hospital Corpsman, serving in cardiology, undersea medicine, and flight medicine roles. As Command Career Counselor at Naval Branch Health Clinic Groton, I guided Sailors through promotions, reenlistments, transitions, and long-term career decisions - experience that now informs how I help clients navigate change and opportunity.
Since transitioning from the Navy, I have supported operations at Yale New Haven Health and the VA Connecticut Healthcare System, advising leaders, improving systems, and analyzing performance.
