Privacy Policy

We collect the minimum information needed to coach you well, and we tell you exactly what happens to it.

Information we collect

  • Account information you provide when you register: name, email address, phone number, and password (passwords are stored only as salted hashes by our authentication provider).
  • Career information you choose to share: your onboarding intake answers, résumés and uploaded documents, career goals, roadmap progress, job applications, and coaching notes.
  • Booking and payment records: session dates and platforms, the service purchased, the payment method you selected, any reference code, and any payment confirmation screenshot you upload.
  • Community content: posts, comments, and reactions you publish in the member community.
  • Technical information: IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited, collected to keep the platform secure and working correctly.

How we use your information

  • To deliver the coaching, résumé, interview, job-lead, and learning services you signed up for.
  • To schedule, confirm, reschedule, and remind you about coaching sessions and group events.
  • To generate AI-assisted résumé feedback and cover letters at your request. Your documents are sent to our AI processing provider solely to produce that output and are not used to train public models.
  • To confirm and record payments, issue receipts, and resolve billing questions.
  • To send transactional email — booking confirmations, payment receipts, résumé review alerts, job matches, and community replies — according to your notification preferences.
  • To improve our services, measure outcomes, and keep the platform secure.

What we never do

  • We do not sell your personal information.
  • We do not share your résumé, intake answers, or coaching notes with employers or third parties without your explicit request.
  • We do not send marketing email to you unless you have opted in, and every optional email includes an unsubscribe option.

Service providers

  • We use vetted providers to host our application and database, store uploaded files, send transactional email, and process AI-assisted document review. Each processes data only on our instructions and under a data-processing agreement.
  • Payments are made directly through PayPal, CashApp, Venmo, or Zelle. We never receive or store your full card or bank account numbers.

Data retention

  • We keep your account and career records for as long as your account is active, and for up to 24 months afterwards so you can return without losing your history.
  • Payment records are retained for seven years where required by tax and accounting rules.
  • You may request deletion of your account and its data at any time by emailing us, and we will complete it within 30 days unless we are legally required to retain a record.

Your rights

  • You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, object to certain processing, and withdraw consent for optional communications.
  • Manage most of this yourself from Account settings and Email preferences inside your dashboard, or email us and we will action the request.
  • If you are in the EU/UK you have rights under the GDPR; if you are a California resident you have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them.

Security

  • All traffic is encrypted in transit with TLS. Uploaded files are stored in private buckets that require an authenticated, time-limited link.
  • Database access rules restrict every record to its owner, with limited internal access for coaching staff who need it to deliver your service.
  • No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your data, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by law.

Children

  • Our services are intended for adults seeking career support. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
